The Mom to Mom Project
General Questions
Are the submissions really anonymous?
Yes. There is no way of knowing who submits each letter of encouragement since they are submitted via an anonymous online form.
Please avoid including full names, contact details or any information that could identify you. If you do include such information, it will be removed before your letter is posted to the website.
How long does it take for a letter of encouragement to appear on the site?
There is a goal for weekly updates. Each submission is reviewed for spelling and grammatical errors before being posted on the site. The goal is not to alter context, but to ensure readability.
Why do you review encouragement letters before they are posted?
This is to make sure all letters are readable and make grammatical sense. Also, it is important to me that this website is a safe place to seek encouragement so anything deemed inappropriate will not be posted.
How many encouragement letters can I submit?
There is no limit! You can submit as much and as often as you wish.
How much can I write in the encouragement letters I submit?
You can write as much or as little as you feel is necessary to convey your message.
Will all encouragement letters be published on the site?
The Mom to Mom Project reserves the right to choose what is published. Please note that any submissions containing hateful, threatening or offensive language will not be posted on the site.
What if I want my encouragement letter removed?
It is not guaranteed to respond to requests to remove encouragement letters once they have been posted. Please email TheMomToMomProject@yahoo.com as soon as possible to request for something not to be published or removed.
When did The Mom to Mom Project begin?
The Mom to Mom Project began in early 2026.
